Carpentry
I am a local friendly handyman who can do almost anything, I will take on basic carpentry jobs such as planing and fitting doors, any sanding, small alterations and garden furniture such as bird houses.
Electrical
I am happy to consider any basic electrical work, fitting lights, changing fuses, wiring plugs, tidying wiring, changing transformers etc etc, if unsure please feel free to call and ask!
Pressure Washing
We are now pleased to offer Pressure Washing services using our Karcher branded detergents and a top of the line Karcher K7 Full Control Plus machine with 180 bar pressure.

Painting
I am a very good painter, I have done many projects at home and for friends.
I am a stickler for detail around light switches etc. I will consider both indoor and outdoor painting and my rates are very competitive!
Gutter and Drain Cleaning
We can also use the pressure washer for Drain and Gutter Cleaning as I have invested in some Karcher branded drain and gutter cleaning attachments, which work very well. I have some videos of the attachments in action!
I will always go up a ladder to clean gutters as I do not believe one can do a good job on gutters without seeing what one is doing! I do not like using the ground based vacuum systems
Maintenance
I am a Handy Man and maintenance is my game!
I am happy to quote for any and all types of maintenance, inside or outside. From mowing your lawn, to planting, weeding and clearance. I also do cladding for pipes in the loft, fixing door handles or squeaky doors. Give me a call I am happy to help!
NB: I always provide before and after pictures of my work for customer piece of mind/satisfaction and of course so that I can display my hard work to all you lovely people visiting my website!!!

I started the business in 2017 & it has grown at a steady pace since then. I pride myself on offering excellent customer service & all my work comes with a 3 month guarantee. I have built up a number of repeat clients & most of my work comes through word of mouth or the Nextdoor website/app.

I am now able to take on a range of tasks from changing a light fitting to fully landscaping a garden with diggers, skips etc. I have refined my planning, estimation and management skills so that I am able to handle large projects, working with many people just as easily as I can take on small jobs working by myself.

During my relatively short career I have worked hard to build up a network of labourers and other tradesmen, this will of course assist me when I make the leap onto the commercial property ladder, to start buying and selling houses.
In the immediate future it also allows me to provide exceptional customer service, I aim to be my clients "one stop shop" for all their home & garden needs. I now have 4 part time labourers, a carpenter, a plumber and an electrician, all of whom are reliable, hardworking & reasonably priced.

Subir recently painted the decorative pillars that support our porch; he was very diligent and professional in his work. The preparation was great, as was the finished result. The level of service Subir provided really impressed me. Specifically, we had some bad weather during the job and instead of downing tools and waiting for the rain to stop, Subir erected rain covers for me. When the rain got to heavy even for the rain covers Subir reluctantly stopped work but always kept me informed as to when he would complete the job. Subir made the time to make sure he finished the work. Subir has a hard working approach that I personally value. I would recommend his work and will be using him again for other work in the house.

We engaged Subir recently after being let down twice by another handyman. Following our initial contact we were pleasantly surprised by his prompt response and and a timely phone call to discuss what needed done. He gave us an estimate of how long it would take to do the job and was flexible about working with our schedule which we appreciated.
On the day of the job he kept us informed of ETA and showed up on schedule. He took the time to understand how we wanted things done and we further appreciated his inputs, attention to detail and tidiness, as well as his willingness to take on whatever needed done.

I would heartily recommend Subir to anyone in need of any odd job around the house. Subir installed flooring in our loft and did an excellent job, turning out a first class result in spite of the construction challenges he had to deal with in our home. He is very professional in all aspects of the work to be done.
He arrives promptly to inspect the job and then gives a quote (which he follows up with a formal confirmatory e-mail). He arrived on time on the appointed day of the installation and, in spite of the difficulties that existed in the loft area necessitating him to put in a few more hours than he had bargained for, this did not affect the cost of the job he quoted on. He is unfailingly polite and considerate of the people in the house and completely trustworthy (my wife and I had to go out on the day he was doing the loft, and we had no worries about leaving him at home on his own).
I am delighted at finding someone of Subir's calibre and enthusiasm to tackle the many odd jobs that homeowners need to deal with. Indeed, I have recommended him to our daughter - in the event she is in need of quality handyman work in her home - and I recommend him to anyone reading this review.

Subir came and sorted out my garage today. He worked with me to decide what I needed to keep and took away the rubbish - 4 journeys to the tip!
